This is a presentation about the greatest, but at the same
time, the least known power in the Constitution. It not only
is directly responsible for the founding of our government,
but it remains today as the only power that can give the
direction of government into the hands of the people it is
meant to serve. Constitutionally guaranteed, historically
undeniable, logically compelling, an irresistible force for
the people, but so fundamental, so simple, such a first
principle that it remains virtually unknown and/or unspoken
of even by our finest scholars.

Originally, the KTAS was founded by concerned citizens in
response to abuses of federal power, such as the loss of
lives in Waco, Texas at that time. KTAS was part of a
national movement of people to persuade the various State
legislatures to assert their own Constitutional powers in
the hope of countering an unaccountable federal power. A
side effect of these efforts was the education of those
involved in Constitutional issues, history and research.
