Wednesday March 19, 2008 7:00 pm Peaceful Prairie Farms Terrence will discuss CSA (Community Supported Agriculture), how it can benefit each of us, and how locally grown food can become available to each of us. He will also show a Power Point slide show of his family farm, and will talk about what crops should be available for the Summer Season. The Summer CSA program should be of interest to anyone who wants to be a member and receive produce on a weekly basis. The best looking non-disposable plate will win the prize of first in line for dinner with the always wonderful food. |
